About Dave

Your MP for the Angus Constituency

Dave Doogan is the SNP MP for Angus, and was elected in December 2019. Dave previously worked as an Aircraft Engineer within the Ministry of Defence before leaving to work in politics. He studied Politics and International Relations at the University of Dundee, while working part-time as a taxi driver, graduating in 2011. He was elected as a Councillor in 2012 and worked for John Swinney MSP from 2011 to 2016.
